  • The cabinet layout adopts a dual-row cold aisle design, incorporating an N+1 redundant in-row precision air conditioning configuration ranging from 12.5kW to 60kW. This layout optimally and stably supports a power load of 3kW to 8kW per cabinet. To enhance cooling effectiveness, the precision air conditioners are arranged in a symmetrically staggered layout to separate hot and cold airflows, creating efficient airflow organization and delivering higher cooling capacity to support the operational demands of high-density, high-heat equipment. The enclosed cold aisle significantly improves cooling efficiency.
    From the perspective of overall data center airflow management, this design effectively avoids common issues in traditional data centers such as the mixing of hot and cold air, cold air short-circuiting, and the formation of local hot spots. These hotspots typically occur when equipment  at the top of cabinets in distant rows receives insufficient cooling due to pressure drop, a problem which is now prevented.
